This clarifies the nature of professional exchanges within the IRH Wisdom Network and outlines important limitations regarding consultation, advice, and professional responsibility. All members must review and acknowledge this waiver before participating in case discussions or seeking professional input within our community.

    2. No Supervisory Relationship: No supervisory relationship is established between me and any community member, regardless of their credentials, experience, or the nature of their input on my clinical work.

    3. Professional Autonomy: I retain complete and sole responsibility for all clinical decisions, interventions, and treatment approaches used with my clients/patients.

    4. Independent Judgment Required: Any suggestions, feedback, resources, or guidance offered within this community should be evaluated according to my professional judgment, relevant ethical codes, and current clinical standards before implementation.

    5. Not a Substitute: Participation in the IRH Wisdom Network does not replace my obligation to secure appropriate supervision as required by my license type, jurisdiction, or employment setting.

  • By participating in the IRH Wisdom Network, I expressly acknowledge and agree that:

    1. No Liability for Community: Neither the Center for Integrative Relational Health, its founder, administrators, moderators, contractors, nor any participating members assume any legal or professional liability for clinical outcomes, decisions, or actions taken as a result of information shared within this community.

    2. No Liability for Members: Individual community members providing feedback, suggestions, resources, or perspectives on clinical matters are offering collegial consultation only and bear no responsibility for my clinical decisions or their outcomes.

    3. No Guarantee of Accuracy: While community members strive to provide informed perspectives, the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of information shared cannot be guaranteed in an online consultation format.

    4. Waiver of Claims: I waive any potential claims against the Center for Integrative Relational Health, its administrators, its consultants, and community members arising from my application of information, suggestions, or resources obtained through this community.

    5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Center for Integrative Relational Health and its members from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from my professional practice or implementation of information shared within this community.
