Center for Integrative Relational Health presents
IRH Praxis Community
Twelve weeks of relational learning, peer practice, and grounded inquiry
The IRH Praxis Community is our flagship program, a 12-week immersive experience for practitioners who are ready to go beyond frameworks and into practice. It's a space where learning is relational, inquiry is collective, and the work happens in community.
This program is application-based. We review each application carefully to ensure a strong cohort fit. Our review is not to create barriers, but because the quality of the community depends on it.
The IRH Praxis Community is for experienced practitioners (clinicians, designers, educators, community builders, and organizational leaders) who are ready for a deep, sustained engagement with relational practice. If you have been doing the work for a while and sense that something deeper is possible in how you do it, this program is for you.
Participants join one of three cohort tracks aligned to the three dimensions of Integrative Relational Health. Each cohort works together across the 12 weeks through structured learning, facilitated sessions, peer exchange, and reflection. Depending on where participants are located, in-person meetups may be possible within cohorts.

Optional Retreat Add-On
For those who want to extend the Praxis Community experience into a shared in-person space, we offer an optional one-day retreat at Iris Yoga in Accord, New York, a restorative setting in the Hudson Valley designed for reflection, movement, and deepened connection with your cohort peers.
The retreat is an enrichment opportunity, open to participants in all three cohorts. It is entirely optional — the full Praxis Community experience is complete and meaningful with or without it. We simply want to offer the possibility for those who feel called to gather in person.
Retreat details, including dates and pricing, will be shared upon acceptance into the program.
Three Cohorts
-
For clinicians and practitioners whose primary work is direct relational care. This cohort focuses on the practitioner as a relational instrument: examining presence, attunement, and the conditions that make healing possible. If your work happens in the space between you and another person, this is your cohort.
-
For learning designers, educators, program developers, and consultants who design experiences, environments, and tools for others. This cohort focuses on how relational principles shape what we build and how we build it. If your work is about creating conditions for others to learn, grow, or change, this is your cohort.
-
For community practitioners, organizational leaders, and systems-level workers whose work is about creating conditions for collective belonging and well-being. This cohort focuses on relational health at the community and systems scale. If your work lives in the space between people and the structures that shape their lives, this is your cohort.
What You’ll Receive
The IRH Praxis Community is our most immersive offering, and what you receive reflects that depth.
Upon completing the program, you will receive:
A Digital Badge A portable, verifiable credential documenting your completion of the IRH Praxis Community and your specific cohort track — Practice, Design, or Community. Share it on LinkedIn, add it to your professional portfolio, or include it in your supervision or continuing education records.
A Certificate of Completion A formal Certificate of Completion from the Center for Integrative Relational Health — signed, dated, and specific to your cohort track. This is a meaningful credential that reflects 12 weeks of sustained relational learning and practice.
Membership in the IRH Praxis Alumni Network Completing the Praxis Community doesn't end your connection to it. Alumni gain ongoing access to the IRH learning community, future events, and the network of practitioners who have moved through the program before you.
The Center for IRH is actively pursuing accreditation to offer CEUs for licensed clinicians. We will notify enrolled participants as soon as CEU-eligible programming is available.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Cohort placement is confirmed upon acceptance.
