Center for Integrative Relational Health presents

integrative relational turns

A series of courses for practitioners ready to shift the ground they work from.

Integrative Relational Turns is a series of courses that help to expand your paradigm from the Cartesian inheritance in your practitioner training

The Cartesian worldview that gave us the separation of mind from body, self from other, and individual from field is the default operating system of Western thought. It shapes how we diagnose, design, teach, and measure whether anything is working. Most of us didn't choose it. We inherited it.

Post-Cartesian practice sees that inheritance clearly and discovers what becomes possible when relational wholeness is the starting point. Each course in the Integrative Relational Turns series is a turn: a deliberate reorientation toward a more relational, field-conscious, and embodied way of working.

Courses are self-directed over a 4-week period, anchored by a live virtual gathering for discussion, reflection, and practice in community. They build progressively and can be taken individually or as a series.

  • Orientation: Two Complete Worlds

    JULY 2026

Most of us were trained within a single paradigm without knowing it. This module introduces the foundational distinction at the heart of IRH: the difference between Paradigm One (separative, isolative) and Paradigm Two (integrative relational). These are not competing positions, but two complete ways of being in the world. Each has its own ontology, epistemology, language, and somatic ground.

This module is for anyone engaged in relational work (such as clinicians, educators, designers, consultants, and community practitioners) who want to understand the paradigmatic ground on which their work stands. No prior familiarity with IRH is required. It is the recommended starting point for those new to the framework.

  • Field Consciousness: Spiral Consciousness and the Fibonacci Structure of Meaning

    AUGUST 2026

Reality doesn't accumulate in a line. It accumulates in spirals: nine of them, operating simultaneously, each carrying its own history forward into the present moment. This module introduces field consciousness: the capacity to perceive both the wave and the particle, to track accumulation before it crystallizes, and to read process rather than just outcome. Includes the clinical application of the Fibonacci structure and the difference between peak states and trait change.

This module is especially relevant for clinicians, therapists, and supervisors who want to deepen their understanding of how patterns form, accumulate, and reorganize; and for educators and program designers who want to understand how learning and development actually unfold over time.

  • Language Construction as a Relational Turn

    SEPTEMBER 2026

Every question reveals the ground you're standing on. This module explores how language structure contains and transmits paradigm: how the grammar of questions, the act of reification, and the habit of Paradigm One speech perpetuate the very patterns practitioners are trying to address. The relational move is learning to notice language structure, not to correct it, but to make it visible together.

This module is especially relevant for clinicians, coaches, supervisors, and facilitators whose primary instrument is language; and for learning designers, curriculum writers, and educators who shape how others think through the words and structures they choose.

  • Modalities and Techniques from an IRH Perspective

    OCTOBER 2026

What if modalities aren't tools you apply to people, but field conditions you create with them? This module applies the first three turns to clinical practice: examining EMDR, somatic work, CBT, psychodynamic approaches, and IFS through the IRH paradigm lens. The core reframe: the paradigm you operate from determines everything. The technique doesn't matter. Your ground does.

This module is designed for licensed clinicians and therapists who are already practicing within one or more therapeutic modalities and want to understand how the IRH framework reorganizes (rather than replaces) the work they're already doing.

  • Applying IRH to AI Development: Building Paradigm Two Consciousness Tools

    NOVEMBER 2026

Most AI is built from Paradigm One by default: optimizing outcomes, reinforcing reification, and creating dependency rather than awareness. This module applies the full IRH framework to AI design, exploring what Paradigm Two AI could look like: tools that support field consciousness rather than symptom management, that track relational patterns rather than isolated data points, and that build autonomy rather than engagement.

This module is for technologists, product designers, and AI developers who want to build tools that serve transformation rather than optimization, and for clinicians, educators, and organizational leaders who are integrating AI into their work and want to do so from a conscious paradigmatic ground.

  • Future Courses

    COMING SOON

The Integrative Relational Turns series continues. Future courses will explore co-constitution, applied therapeutics, reconsolidation mechanisms, transmission and staying in the room, and therapeutic vision. Details and enrollment will be announced as each course is released.

What You’ll Receive

To recognize your engagement with IRH frameworks and your commitment to relational practice, you will receive the following credentials upon completion of each course:

A Digital Badge Each course comes with its own digital credential you can share on LinkedIn, add to your professional portfolio, or embed in your email signature. Your badge carries embedded metadata that documents the title and dates of your engagement with the Center for Integrative Relational Health.

A Certificate of Completion A formal Certificate of Completion issued by the Center for Integrative Relational Health, signed and dated, suitable for your professional development records, supervision documentation, or continuing education portfolio.

Stackable Recognition Your badges and certificates are designed to build on each other. Complete three courses, and your credentials reflect a 3-Course engagement with the IRH framework. Complete all five, and you hold the full Integrative Relational Turns series credential, a meaningful marker of sustained relational learning.

The Center for IRH is actively pursuing accreditation to offer CEUs for licensed clinicians. We will notify enrolled participants as soon as CEU-eligible programming is available.
